After surface treatment, the protein binding capacity of this ELISA plate is greatly enhanced, reaching 300-400ng IgG/ cm^2 , and the main binding protein molecular weight is >10kD. Using this type of ELISA plate can improve sensitivity and relatively reduce the concentration and dosage of coated protein.
